Friendly service, good breakfast

It was a very pleasant stay, everyone was very friendly. Small downer: the breakfast was very well arranged. On request there was at least a little more on the second morning. But is probably due to the operation in Corona time. So everything is fine.

The place is unique, right on the shore of the Würmsee. Good food, mostly friendly service, but not cheap.

Relatively cheap for a hotel right on the lake, very good cake, great outside area to sit with a view of the lake.

We stayed at this hotel for a week, nothing to complain about. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and very quiet. Breakfast all fresh and a large selection. The dinner is really a hit !! If the waiter can already remember what you've ordered the last few days (when the house is full), then I'm really impressed. We had a bit of concern about going to a hotel in case of corona, but our worries quickly vanished. Overall conclusion: TOP HOTEL

Great hotel and beautiful location right on the lake. The restaurant is great and the fish from Lake Starnberg is delicious. Highly recommended.

Warm hotel. Hygiene distances and measures are followed 100%. Beautiful, newly renovated rooms with a view of the lake. Great window front and clean. Unfortunately, the bathrooms were not taken into account during the renovation. Therefore point deduction.

Relatively annoyed staff. You can pretend you are not wanted. Food was ok. Location is good too.

Very nice 2 shared hotel. Directly on the lake .. live in the 2nd row, restaurant house directly on the lake. Many different room variations, even number 138 e.g. with sea view, 125 at the back. Ideal for short breaks and sightseeing. We had a very small bathroom but a walk-in shower. Breakfast buffet very good. Terrace you sit with a view of the lake. Corona measures very strict. Unfortunately, my girlfriend's wedding was completely ignored. No congratulations at the front desk etc even though I said so.

Since we were on the bike from Ambach to Starnberg, we only had one beer here. Would have liked to linger longer, as there is a wonderful view of Lake Starnberg from the terrace. Staff was very friendly!

Hotel Schloss Berg was recommended to us by a friend and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located right at the Starnberger See. Their restaurant is literally at the shore, has great food and friendly service. The rooms were nice and clean. We would love to stay there again.

Let me start with the good points: very delicious restaurant and has a beautiful location. We took the See-Renke which was prepared and served perfectly. However the room was disappointing and very ugly, but it was clean...there was no balcony and we were in the back building on the complete back side of it; since we stayed for one night only we must have gotten the worst room? i wont come here again! And dont recomment it

Very kind staff they offered me extra service. Hotel room was spacious and neat. I had a great stay and would definitely come back here when i'm around. Highly recommend.

A very nice beer garden right on Lake Starnberg. You can't be closer to the lake. The view is impressive and fantastically beautiful. The staff are friendly, helpful and service-oriented. An employee constantly clears the full tables and cleans them. There is also a small selection of simple dishes. I can only recommend the beer garden to everyone.

The location right on the lake with the great terrace on two levels is really exceptionally good and unique on Lake Starnberg. Have breakfast at the lake in the morning, just great. In the evening it is almost even better, because the sun is setting on the other side of the lake, so the view of the sunset from the terrace couldn't be better. Food and drinks were of high quality. The free parking lot in front of the hotel is also great Not liked · In our room you could just tell that the bathroom was getting a bit old.

The Hotel Schloss Berg is great. Our room with a view of the lake, just wonderful. The entire hotel staff and the restaurant are super friendly and always helpful. The breakfast buffet is extensive and the menu is delicious. We would love to come back.

Great location, good food ?

Friendly service. Good fries ? ice cream was also great, only the coffee tasted slightly rancid. Maybe clean the machine again. Very nice view of the lake. That alone is worth 5 stars. And: parking was free and straightforward. Would love to come back again.

Very nice place. View of lake is perfect and restaurant is excellent.

The hotel is located directly on Lake Starnberg, has plenty of parking and has practically on the lake the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The rooms are ok and clean. Carpet floor. The breakfast is rich and not to complain about, in good weather you can sit on the lakeside terrace and enjoy the view. The restaurant is highly recommended for an evening meal. Price performance is ok. Worth a visit!

Really good food, perfect location next to the ship pier at the lake and friendly and fast staff. Also great if you have kids, as a playground is close by, too.

Nice, cozy Bavarian hotel located directly on Lake Starnberg. The rooms are clean. Unfortunately, there is no coffee machine in the room, but that should only be noted as a small minus point. The food in the hotel's restaurant is very good and on the adjoining terrace you are right on Lake Starnberg. The prices are very fair. Again any time!

Great place! Location is perfect, food and drinks in line with competitors but service and manager is absolutely out of any rankings. He is rude and arrogant, please see TripAdvisor ratings! If owners would get rid of him the place will be Bayern wide blast! I guess is doing okay due location and million dollar views

Nice hotel, already a bit old, but still all the best. We also got an upgrade to a room with a balcony and lake view. Delicious and sumptuous breakfast. The restaurant serving breakfast is located in the building next to the building with the rooms, which was not a problem for us. Conclusion: All right, gladly again.

I spent here 3 days with my family and really enjoyed staying. Altogether I would give it a 4 stars and for location even 5. While the hotel is just 30 minutes drive from Munich city centre. And located directly on the lake. The hotel consists of two buildings and I was in the one facing the lake. The view is just excellent! Breakfast is (very) good indeed, while you can have you table served at the lake side, contemplating the ducks.. Although with no air conditioning the room was rather good and in spite of 30 degrees Celsius it was not hot inside. As in many other German hotels the internet connection could have been better: The free WiFi signal is hardly visible at the restaurant area. In the room it was generally O.K. while you need a separate login and password for each device you want to be connected.. Very good and spacious free parking. Price for my double room was decent as well. Yes and you can swim in the lake..

POSITIVE POINTS: 1. Good enough space. Looks and smells clean, especially the toilet. 2. People in the front desk and restaurant were really friendly. ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT: 1. Mosquitos. We squished a lot. They might have bitten us since they bled. 2. Not a lot of choices for breakfast. Also, if you don’t go there by car, the way to the hotel is very steep.

It was OKAY, but the whole building and especially the rooms are kind of old to say the least: And the refrigerator in my room is just stinky..
